Fax though a dying mode of communication is still prevalent in the insurance, legal

One can also have a online library of documents and then when needed can give a
fax number so that a copy gets printed on the machine. This can be thought of a
library of important documents which can be retrieved easily. If you are on the
road and want to retrieve a important document, then you can call into a toll free
number, browse through the documents you have, and then when you find the
document you can ask it to be Faxed to a fax number. That is it.
The above solution requires 2 modes. A phone as well as a fax. This kind of solution
is called a Multimodal solution.
